Safety Tips for ThaiXo Users & Creators
At ThaiXo, your safety and privacy are our top priorities. To ensure a secure and enjoyable experience, please follow these essential safety guidelines:
1. Advanced Privacy: No Screenshots Allowed
To protect your personal interactions, ThaiXo has disabled the screenshot and screen-recording features within the app.
- No one can take a picture or record your video calls or private chats.
- If someone tries to use external devices to capture your screen, report them immediately.
2. Guard Your Personal Information
- Keep it Private: Never share your home address, workplace, personal phone number, or private social media handles with strangers.
- Password Security: ThaiXo staff will NEVER ask for your password or OTP. Do not share these with anyone, even if they claim to be from our team.
3. Financial Safety (Crucial)
- No Bank Details: Do not share your Credit Card numbers, Bank Account details, or any financial PINs.
- External Payments: Avoid sending money directly to any user or creator via third-party apps (like PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.).
- Our Policy: ThaiXo is not responsible for any financial loss occurring from transactions made outside our official coin system.
4. Safe Video Calling
- Stay Alert: If a user or creator makes you feel uncomfortable or asks for inappropriate (nude/sexual) content, end the call immediately.
- Background Check: Be mindful of what is visible in your background during a video call (like family photos or street addresses).
5. Report and Block
Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, nudity, and fraud.
Take Action: If you encounter a “bad actor,” use the Block and Report buttons instantly. Our moderation team will review the report and take action within 24 hours.
6. Verify Before You Trust
While we encourage making friends, remember that people may not always be who they claim to be. Take your time to get to know someone through the app’s features before trusting them deeply.
